Reporting directly to the IT Team Leader the Senior Technical Support Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and improving the server, desktop and LAN environment. They will be required to deliver technical solutions as part of business projects. Resolving 3rd line support issues and identifiying root cause. Research and develop new systems to the benefit of the business. Document new and updated solutions and procedures.They will be required to pass on technical knowledge to other members of the team.
The role demands a flexible approach to working hours as overtime is frequent and the candidate will need to be part of an on call rota.
